WELCOME TO ST. PETER'S BY THE SEA
We are glad that you have come to worship with us today! Please sign a WELCOME card found in the pew rack, and give it to an usher or drop it in the offering plate. A privacy room for those with infants is at the back of the sanctuary. A nursery is available for toddlers and young children. Children’s Church School for grades Pre-K to 5th grade meets during the 8:45 a.m. service. Youth Bible Study meets upstairs between the services at 9:45 a.m. Hearing aids, large-print bulletins and children’s bulletins are available from an usher. You will find hand sanitizer in the pew rack for your use during the service.
SUNDAY HOSPITALITY is given for the praise and glory of God. Today we thank Pat McGregor for the flowers given in memory of Charles, on the anniversary of his birth. We also thank the Fadden and Zimmermann families for the coffee fellowship between services.
REMINDER NOTICES for Worship Leaders (Ushers, Greeters, Lectors, Acolytes and Worship Assistants) will now be sent via email.
DAY OF LEARNING & GROWING: Looking for an opportunity to learn something new? Wondering how your faith can connect with your daily life? Want to dig deeper into scripture? Then this day long event is for you! It will be held February 18th from 9am-3pm at Clairemont Lutheran Church and sponsored by Pacifica Synod’s PALLMM program. GIRL SCOUT COOKIES ARE COMING: The Girl Scouts of our congregation will be selling Girl Scout cookies during Fellowship Hour next Sunday, February 12th!
THRIVENT FINANCIAL: The local Thrivent Financial for Lutherans team will be holding workshops titled “Retirement & Estate Strategies” on February 15 and 16 at various times and locations. See flyer posted on the bulletin board for more information or call Whitney at 858-455-5227.
